PDF analysis is processed securely via AI APIs solely for extracting clause summaries and generating risk scores for you.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign up, we store your email address, name, and profile details to manage your authentication and vault access.
Uploaded Documents: When you upload a policy PDF for analysis, the document text is processed by our AI models to extract policy numbers, start/expiry dates, clauses, and coverage flags.
Usage & Telemetry: We collect basic usage metrics (such as page views and feature interaction counts) to improve platform performance.
2. How Your Data is Secured
PoliciesXray uses industry-standard security protocols:
- All network transmissions are encrypted over SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
- Authentication tokens and user sessions are managed securely via Supabase Auth.
- Database access is strictly governed by Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring no user can view or query another user's vault contents.
3. Your Rights & Control
You maintain complete ownership of your data at all times:
- Delete Saved Policies: You can delete any saved policy from your vault at any time with immediate effect.
- Account Deletion: You can request full removal of your account and associated profile data by contacting support.
- Data Export: You can view all saved policy breakdowns directly in your dashboard or print/download reports.
